New 2019 31G Owner

Bought our RV in Feb 2000, of course then the pandemic hit and it sat for a while. We have the Minnie Winnie 31G and tow our 2 door Jeep Wrangler with it. Just got back from Colorado Springs (Cripple Creek KOA) and must say we loved it. Other than a new fridge (covered by warranty) no problems at all. I do feel the 4K Genset is not enough power if the AC is on along with the microwave, seems to bog down quite a bit. We hit the beach a lot so I bought an external shower to install but need guidance on a good location. Was thinking about the outside wall where bathroom sink is located. Anyone have one on their 31G? Seems like a great group from what I have read so far, campers are a great group to start with.
