I have a 2019 27N Adventurer that needs new tires. The OEM tires on it now are terrible in that they pick up every little road noise possible. So, I need to know which tires this forum would say are as quiet as tires can be.

I have a 2015 27N and replaced the original tires with Toyo Tires... very happy with them.

I would go with "Steer" or "Rib" design tires and avoid tires that look like they offer traction or lug tread pattern. The tread pattern on the front axle is most likely contributing to your discomfort

Toyos for me. I replaced the Michelins with Toyos at 22000 on my 33C sightseer. As good and $1000 less for the 6 replaced.

We replaced our 2021 Adventurer 30T steer tires with Toyos. Yes, we could hear and feel the quieter and smoother ride.

Toyos for me too. In the shop getting a second set right now. No cracks or real wear, just 6 years old.

I just replaced my OEM Goodyear 245/70/19.5 with Roadmaster (by Cooper) RM170+ which were highly recommended by my tire shop who only deal in truck and RV tires. I told him that I wanted Toyo or Sumitomo as that is what he generally installs on the 22.5 RVs, but he insisted that they have had better results with the RM170+ in the 19.5 RVs and trucks. OEM was a G and these are H with a higher speed rating as well. I have only driven 40 miles, but they are quieter and smoother than my old tires with 38,000 miles.

I kept one old tire for a spare and mounted it on the Roadmaster hitch mount which is such a great design.

Have you changed your tires and if so, what did you go with and what's your opinion?

BTW, I thought the 2015 CR-V with the CVT wasn't flat towable?

I have not changed tires from the OEM's. Still researching.
And ours is a 2013 C-RV and we flat tow it all over the place. No problems. There is a sequence you have to go through before towing but that takes two minutes and off you go.
