Pardon me if this has been answered, but I did some searches and didn't find anything.
I'm looking for ideas on mounting stuff in the cab, like cell phones, radar detector, GPS, ham radio.
I'd like to see pictures of what people have done, both mounting things to the ceiling and to the dashboard / console.
Mine is an older unit, so it wasn't build with such stuff in mind. The cell phone holder slot on the dash won't even fit any of our phones.
Also, is there a good 12v power source up in the headliner by the windshield, or do I need to run a wire?
Was thinking of running one large wire with a fuse holder down by the connection to the battery or wherever, and a fuse block for individual circuits up on the roof from which I can attach 12v power outlets, Anderson PowerPole connectors, USB, etc...
