I finally got brave enough to cut down the wood behind the driver’s seat that limited how far I could recline. A major improvement in comfort. Should have done it sooner.

Hi arthur145,
I am curious; do you drive with the seat more fully reclined, or do you use it at Rest Stops?

I drive with the seat all the way back and fully reclined. Only my passenger seat tilts back far enough into what I might call “take a nap” position.

OK; I was curious about that. So, you just slide the upper dinette cushion back toward the table when underway I guess.
As for me, my dog travels there, and this wouldn't be a good option for me. Yes, the driver's seat does require a somewhat upright position to make room for everything. One thing about the 22M, and that is it is what I like to call "furniture rich." There is very little free floor space in it, but still for a 24' motorhome, it does the job wonderfully for me.
Thanks, Eagle5
