Missing slide out wrench

I recently purchased a used 2007 Voyage 33V. While cleaning and servicing I found that the bedroom slide out wrench and the two adapter rods were missing. I've contacted Winnebago, Lippert, and numerous salvage yards attempting to find one. Anyone have any advice on where too look next?
