How do you like your 30RLSS or 27RBDS travel trailer? Any initial problems? Hows it holding up with use? Anything you would change? Any particular options you would recommend? Anybody have the optional 12V Compressor fridge?
Really leaning towards the 30RLSS but the 27RBDS is a possibility also. We are wanting the 2nd AC option, table and chairs instead of the dinette, 12V residential fridge, extreme weather package, fireplace.
We have also been considering a Grand Design Imagine TT. Anyone else considered one of these and went with the Minnie Plus instead? your reason?
Thanks very much:bow:

We love our 27RBDS.
The only option we have that you mentioned is the fireplace. We are in So Florida so that hasn’t been a big thing.

It really only sleeps two adults since we have the theater seats instead of the sleeper sofa. The dinette is too small for most people. It’s fine for the grand kids though.

Otherwise we are very happy with it. The only issue was a city water backfeed into the water tank that fixed itself on the drive home that weekend.

Good luck on your purchase!

Thanks Larry,
We're here in the Midwest and intend to do spring and fall camping so the fireplace will be a nice addition. We like the table and chairs as we're a little bit larger people, the "homey" look and feel would be nice. One thing after it got some wear would be nice to switch tables for one that has a slide to expand the table...........but one thing at a time for now.
One problem like that is really nice to hear. Speaks well of Wins. workmanship. I have seen on other RV forums where people have a problem(s) right off and the camper spends a couple of months at the dealer waiting on service or parts....... that would be heart breaking.

I know you didn’t ask but we bought a 19 26RBSS and have had no issues yet. One on our first trip which was our fault. We have the sliding barn doors and forgot to secure it in transit. After a couple trips to the local hardware I fixed it better than new. We opted to delete the fireplace and gained a lot of cabinet space. My personal experience with electric fireplaces at home is they don’t seem to last long. So I gained cabinet space and used a quality space heater instead. We opted for theatre seating since we didn’t want the company. The all season package seems good. We tested the camper when we bought it in northern Michigan last fall. It was in the 30s at night and 50s in the day. The furnace worked great and when we used the space heater it kept the whole camper warm easily. We used the furnace when it was colder at night assuming it would keep the tanks from freezing. Hope this helps.

Oh yes we also ordered the double pane windows. Seemed sensible since we ordered the insulation package.
