Micro Minnie FRB2000 Tongue Jack Stopped Working

We've had our Micro Minnie for 3 months and used it for 3 trips plus a couple more to the dealership. This last trip the tongue jack started making clicking sounds, slowed way down and eventually stopped. We have a solar panel and were plugged in to the truck. Our battery indicator light said full and as far as we could tell all connections were good.
If it's not a battery issue, any idea what it could be?

Battery indicator lights measure voltage not current so likely highly inaccurate.
My tongue jack makes those clicking noises when low battery, or if bent and struggling to move the rod.
Does it move with no load on it?
I also use the jack to raise the car up to attach/remove the WDH sway bars. I figured maybe I overloaded my first tongue jack, spec’d a higher lid one when I replaced it!

Thanks for the info! Right now it does nothing at all, so we took the battery home to charge it. Our dealership told us to use it to attach the WDH so I suspect the same thing, it's not meant for that kind of load.
We're considering upgrading the battery to Lithium, or a better jack or both.

Before jumping to bad things like jacks or battery, do you have the setup with various breakers under the front of the frame. Possibly a set of small red boxes that are mounted on a strip on the frame that is kind of under the propane tanks?
If you have those connections that are out in the open and prone to geting lots of raod spray, I would start there as a really bad setup!
One of the things that can make any motor work poorly is when it gets less power (Voltage or current) than it needs. One common thing to reduce voltage/current is high resistance from corroded connections!
But the first thing to check is whether your specific RV has this setup with the connections hanging out down on the frame!! Do your wires from the battery go down under at front of frame?

All the wires are in an enclosed black plastic box mounted on the inside of the frame. I opened it up to see if there was a fuse I could check (there wasn't) all the connections looked good.
We have a fully charged battery and still nothing from the jack. The light doesn't even come on.
I think something failed inside the motor. We're going to take it to the dealership since we're still under warranty.

Also the MM has an inline fuse (if like my 2024) that is typical blade type in a poorly enclosed fuse block. I sealed mine with electrical tape and no issues…

That's what I was looking for but couldn't find it. Where was yours?

It is on the hot wire, between the jack and terminal strip. Run down that wire until you find a small rectangular box on that wire. Closer to the strip maybe.

Motors are pretty hardy parts of the system and tend to fail last over fuses or breakers and when they do jam or melt down, it is expected to take out the power fuse/breaker, so look hard for them first?
But we get little to no help online with drawings and such!

Update - the fuse was blown but the reason was the jack was bent. I have no clue how we did that but had an upgraded jack installed so good to go now!

Yes, don’t tell anybody but my jack was bent too. I believe I forgot to raise it a couple times before leaving and dragged it just a bit. Found the motor was struggling so I replaced mine before complete failure. I also wrapped a lot of electrical tape around the new one to try to waterproof it as the old fuse and holder were corroded!
