If you mean the glide under the front edge of the slide where it glides on the carpet, it's not wood. It's a rail (I think an aluminum extrusion) with a high density polyethylene insert. It's about 3" wide but the drawing doesn't show how thick it is, but it's as long as the slide is fore and aft. You can find your part's manual here:
I have carpet in living room and tile in kitchen I looked under dining room stable it’s looks like a 1 x 4 wood wrapped in carpet but I’m wondering how thick
It hus

A call to Winnebago may give you the info you need but if not:
I've read that a carpet glide was for a tile floor, could your floor have originally been tile? Maybe Winnebago made a mistake. In any case, you should be able to see and measure the end of it from behind the driver's seat when it's retracted. You can also carefully remove the decorative front trim for a full length view.
If you can't see it well enough to measure it, you can carefully wedge up the front edge of the slide by retracting it for the last few inches over a plywood ramp. I've done this before and I think I made the ramp from a piece of 1/2" plywood with a 3/4" cleat at the outboard end to make the ramp. A 1' wide ramp at each end should work. You may need an extra person to hold the rear ramp in place while you hold down the front one. I've done this before.
I'm still puzzled as to why this is important to you if it's working OK. Here's a Winnieowners thread from 2019 on removing and replacing the glide. The thread also mentions the carpet glide for tile:
Under vouch you are correct but my kitchen is vinyl from factory and the factory used a piece of wood carpeted like on a boat trailer for that floor under dinette I just didn’t want to lift it again if somebody out here knew what size the wood is, I brace the top outside then just bring slide in and it lifts inside 8 inches off floor easy to work under
