Power level jack #359404PG is no longer made by Lippert. I am looking for an alternative jack, or leveling system.

What is the problem with the jack? If it is hard to find and the current jack is leaking, etc. there may be value in looking for a hydraulic place to redo the seals and rebuild rather than replace?
But that depends on why the thought to replace!

But then it may also be good to try calling one of the RV places who deal with jacks a lot and ask what they suggest if it needs replaced. There are times when we run across the local shops who don't do it much and if they can't find the OEM part they may skip straight to replacing the whole system.

What I have found is there are way too many places who don't really work to save us money!

Appears seal has been compromised. Piston is mildly pitted. It could be taken off and rebuilt - although it will take a couple of weeks to do - but I'm not sure with the pitting, the new seal will solve the problem.
Another alternative is to find one in decent shape in a salvage yard. The time to find a yard, find the right jack, dismount it and eyeball it to see if it will last a while.... saving money may actually cost more!! But thanks for your thoughts...

Okay, understand! Bad seals and a piston that is a question. I think I might move to calling Lightsin in Iowa? They seem to be the place lots of people recommend for all kinds of service which they have failed at other places. Maybe just lay out what you see and ask what they suggest for repair/replacement.
they are kind on the same block as Winnebago and do seem to care for Winnebagos more than some. Your situation would seem like normal, so they may have some good alternate.
What I find in searching for parts for what I deal in, is that there are lots of companies changing their products constantly and it " might" even be that the Lippert group is now under a different name.
I fully admit that I don't know much about the hydraulic group.
I never wanted to get much closer but I did spend a lot of time watching backhoes dig!
The operators always seemed to be checking leaking cylinders!

I see plenty of details about rebuilding these jacks and even one complete jack with that model number in stock:

Richard’s suggestion to call Lichtsinn RV in Forest City, IA (Lichtsinn RV | Winnebago RV Sales, RV Parts and RV Service Dealer) is an option. But hydraulic jacks are somewhat generic items.

Lippert on the other hand is not changing names or being bought out. They are a giant international conglomerate and it’s they that buy all the power leveling and RV supply companies. Lippert is a multinational company with plants all over the globe, including North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Lichtsinn had no idea the hacks are not being made anymore. The suggestion from them was to call a salvage yard. Initially we thought that didn’t make sense because a used jack would show the same wear as mine. But, it appears the pitting may be a result of bad casting from the onset. There is no corrosion or other indication of excessive wear.
So, a used jack might make sense. Now it’s a challenge to find one!!
