We have a 2004 Itasca Sunova 27c with Lippert 3000 leveling jack; which are leaking. I have read that people have rebuilt these jacks. I would like to rebuild these jacks myself. Does anyone know what tube seal (lower) and piston seals are used. Part number would be great help.
Thanks,
Tim

We had 3 jacks rebuilt on our 2003 Sunova. I'm pretty sure it had the same jacks as yours. Since they were not made to rebuild, the hydraulic shop had to cut the top off the jack. They replaced the seals, welded the tops back on, and tested the jacks. Those jacks worked fine for several years while we owned the RV. I think it might be very hard to find a part number for the seals, but the shop that did the work for me said they were very common seals that they carried in stock.

Good luck and let us know how it works out.

Did they replace the lower seal? Thank you for the info.
