Larger Water Heater in a Minnie Winnie 26T?

Has anyone replaced a 6 gallon water heater with a 10 gallon water heater in a Minnie Winnie 26 T? Or installed a tankless heater in place of conventional wh?

The packaging of plumbing on the Minnie Winnies is fully occupying the available space, so I do not think it is possible. If you are simply running out of hot water during a shower, replacing the shower head is a possible solution for you:
