Journey 39Z metal shavings in kitchen

So here's my question I have a 2009 Journey 39Z and I have noticed on the kitchen floor about 1"-2" long silver like shaving on the tile floor. Any idea on what might be going on ? I'm think ing its coming from the slide. Now its not like there all over the floor maybe one or two every so often?

I'd be inspecting every aspect of the slide mechanism that I could see, both inside and out, extended and retracted. Any unusual noises or movements (stuttering, etc) during operation?
