So, what are the differences 'tween a 2010 34Y and 2013 34B?

A 2010 34Y we're looking at has the TV platform behind the dining chairs, plumbed for washer/dryer, etc.

Other than age and knowing the wrinkles have been discovered....what are the big deltas?

TRnx, in advnce, for your comments. Jim R.

I believe the 34B is a foot longer. Our 34Y was built in late 2009, therefore it has basement air and no DEF tank. We really like our MH.

Side access for the bed?

Pictures of the one I've seen for sale suggest there is little room between
the bed and the wardrobe door...is that so? It appears the other side of the bed has some walk around room???

Yep, very little room on that side. That's my wife's side. She crawls up from the foot of the bed. The bed is also really high.

There is not a lot of difference, mainly the Y has a couch and recliner and the B has a longer "L" shaped couch and no recliner. Also, the wing of the kitchen / sink cabinet is stationary on the B and does not move with the full wall slide. The B, of course will have a DEF tank, where the 2010 Y may or may not, depending on the year of the engine. Either way I feel they're both a great rig....but then I'm prejudice...:)

Another difference is that the 2010 34Y has 87.5 cu. ft. of exterior storage space whereas the 2013 34B has 161 cu. ft. of exterior storage space. Not sure why that is (did they move the AC to the roof in between those years?).

Edit: In looking at the brochures for both units, they did move the AC from the basement to the roof in between those years.
