Was just answering a post from earlier today when I thought, "I wonder if there were a Winnebago represenitive available or lurking around the forum would they answer my query?"
So while I'm sure that Winnebago is lurking, does anybody know who they are? Has anybody ever invited them to participate or has any of them ever identified themselves as a Winnebago rep.?
Just wondering, I supose they'd be swamped with requests, replys and complaints. Would be nice thuoght to hear from the subject matter experts on occasion. Eh?

I do recall a post a while ago wherein someone was lamenting that he could get no response from Winnebago on a warranty claim. Shortly afterwards he posted that he had received an e-mail from Winnebago instructing him what to do. So yes, I do believe they cruise the forums from time to time. Do we know who?? Not a clue.

SARG W: I don't know if my post was the one you are referring to or not. In 2001 I was having a problem with my coach under warranty. The dealer would not address the problem. Shortly I received an e-mail from a customer service rep at Winnebago, saying he saw my post and instructed me to return my coach to the dealer. It was fixed immediately to my satisfaction. I will not mention the reps name, but he sure saved me a lot of headaches. In those days this forum was relatively small with few members.

Yes they do and, as others have indicated, many of us have been helped by folks at Winnebago as a direct result of efforts of folks on this forum.

In fact, one of the gentlemen who works in the service administration area frequents the Winnebago chat room on Tuesday evenings. He actively participates, answers questions, and is very helpful.

I don't know if Bryan F. 'lurks' here on the forum, but I have sent emails to him from time to time with questions about our Journey and he has been very prompt and helpful.
