Interior roof delamination?

Not sure what is happening here looking for some feedback. The interior white roof material seems to be coming delaminated off the wood behind it. My 2015 Ultralite is kept under cover always so I doubt it's a water damage situation. It's been extremely hot here in south FL so I'm thinking heat. The stuff is stiff, when you push on the bubbles they push it and out. The wood behind it seems solid.

Has anyone experienced this? And what kind of repairs can be done to it?

You're asking about the ceiling in your Keystone Passport 2521RL? Or have you changed to a Winnebago RV... hence posting on the Winnebago Owners Forum?

I mean, we don't mind at all, but you might get more Keystone specific info from a Keystone forum or IRV2.com?????

Perhaps when you registered at IRV2 back in 2007 you listed the Passport 2521RL? I see your signature is the 2015 Ultralite 27RBDS. This forum was spun off from IRV2 and so members here that joined over there first still have that info in their Profiles.

I’m sorry for the confusion. I didn’t recognize the “Ultralite” model name and checked your Profile and that’s were I got the info on that Passport TT.

I have something similar in my 2006 Adventurer. My vinyl ceiling began sagging in the rear section. I discovered is was caused by a breakdown of the foam backing between the vinyl and the luan paneling. What I did was use thumb tacks in the middle of the sags to prevent more sagging. I then added semi-round paneling trim which I painted the same color as the vinyl. I also painted the thumb tacks the same color. Otherwise, you will have to remove the vinyl, scrape off the foam from the luan and add new foam-backed vinyl. Also, I don't touch or rub the intact areas of vinyl headliner or that spot will begin to sag too.
