I was pretty active here the last couple of years, as we traveled in our Sunstar 31KE. Then, a little over a year ago we decided to divorce, and I lived in the Sunstar for 5 months, as we worked divorce things through. In June I traveled from CA to IL and back to buy a house, and then, after 2 months of cleaning and tossing stuff out, moved back to IL in late August. That's when I dropped off the RV scene for a while, spending time and $$ fixing up my new house and getting used to the weather here again.
The Sunstar made it through the winter fine (lowest low I saw was -19°F), and now, to paraphrase Alfred Lord Tennyson, "In spring, an old man's fancy lightly turns to thoughts of travel." So, I'm working on the moho, changing the shocks to Bilsteins, doing the CHF, replacing the roof vents with Maxx Fans, etc etc etc.
I'm planning on a few short, shakedown trips around the Midwest, and then one to CA and back in late summer.
