I hope to never have to change a tire while on the road with our new used Micro Minnie. But if I do, then guess I need to know any tricks and tips that you all can pass on to me, if you will. What would be the best hydraulic jack to carry for that? And where to place it?

It's a good hope to have, but I think you'll find a great many of us have had to change a tire at least once if not more often then that.

Many use, and I did as well, a 2000+ lb bottle jack. And I carried various chunks of 2x4 to use under the jack as necessary. Also, buy the proper lug wrench in advance.

I jacked my TT (back when I owned them) by placing the jack under the frame mount hanging down for the leaf spring suspension. I don't know if that's the correct place... but it worked for me.

Make sure to keep your tires FULLY inflated. You'll see a MAX Pressure on the sidewall and that's where to keep the cold inflation set. Tires blow out from under inflating not from over inflating. The manufacturer selects that tire for it's weight handling at that MAX pressure.

My TT tires said 80psi for Max pressure but I thought I knew better. I assumed that had to be too much. Wrong.

I carry a tire repair kit and air compressor for each of my vehicles in the event I get a flat tire. Most tire repairs can be fixed without removing the wheel from the vehicle. After making the repair, re-inflate the tire and you are back on the road. I also carry spare valve cores in the event one will fail.
I also carry a 3 ton all in one hydraulic Jack/stand
