Dining/sofa slide, driver's side. Is there an adjustment to lift the flat floor up enough to clear floor when retracting?

There is clearance in the middle of slide but both ends are sagging....main issue is the end of slide furthest from driver's seat, it actually scrubs and digs into the flooring when retracting.

The two rams (I guess that's the name of the things that push and pull in slide) are more centered towards the middle of slide where the clearance is great but the two ends don't seem to have anything near by for support. Any ideas anyone? Thank you in advance for advice, Laura

Not 100% sure how Winnebago does it, but most companies use a small ramp to bring the slide to floor level. The slide rides on rollers which are mounted on the floor, on the slide itself or both. You need to check and make sure the rollers are 1) in place; 2) adjusted properly; 3) and not broken. Winnebago should have drawings of the slide mechanism on their website.

HWH slide outs run on plastic/nylon slides. These wear out over time. You might want them checked out by someone familiar with HWH. Lots of posts on iRV2. Easiest to use google search. example HWH slides site:irv2.com

it did look like it wasn't all the way across on both sides

is the runner what makes the slide ramp up when first retracting? Or is there more mechanics involved?
thank you and will check today

We have a 2003 35U so I imagine your slide mechanism is the same. No ramp up/down on the slide. It stays at the same level all the time.

Update to an old question: 2017😁

Welp, finally have an answer. After 5 years, here's the fix.
Dh replaced the front bearing pad glides (upper & lower) on each ram and replaced 4 triangle glides on each ram. (8 total)
Thankfully he did not have to remove the living room slide in order to replace the glides.
Total cost: $200

Just thought I'd update.

Thanks for circling back with this update.

Usually we don’t really want people posting new content on 6yr old threads but since you’re the OP and posted the fix I moved your post here into the original thread.

Thanks again
