HWH leveling system

I have a 93 Brave and was wondering where i can find information on my HWH leveling system because i have one jack that will not extend. Plus i am not sure where to find the fluid reservoir to check level or add fluid. Any help is appreciated

Also, I don't know if it applies to your model year, but if you have a HWH 610 Leveling System, Camping World has the control box on sale for $99.93 (MSRP $608.79). If I had a 610 system, I'd buy one just in case of future failure.
