We have a 2021 Minnie Winnie 26T with a factory installed HWH 725 leveling system. We have a new problem. The driver front leveler is not extending using the “auto level” button on the control pad. It will extend with the manual button. It will also retract with the “auto store” button. Does anyone have any ideas that will help us figure this out?
Thank you very much!

Each system works a bit different and I often have to go to the book in the big bag of books to follow each builders advise for the model of jack installed.

Just as a poor man's excuse for explanation this is what I feel may be going on.
First check that the fluid level is correct as an easy thought. Look carefully for the correct hole to chek the fluid as some have a plug on the side that is easy to spot but we need to find a plug on TOP! Opening the side one can get fluid running down the arm!
But if not fluid , there are times when the brain extends the jacks to the ground as a first move but if one is a bit stiff for some reason, it thinks it is down when it is still way high. That's where doing it manual can override the Brain which is not getting the right idea!
But there are also solenoid valves which open and close to let the high pressure fluid move to the right jack at the correct time and they can get funky and not open/ close
when they should.

Thank you for your reply. The fluid level is correct. We wonder about the jack switch we have read about. If this were the problem, would this account for the reason this jack doesn’t move on “auto level” but will move when I use the individual “extend” button? Currently we are in the SW for the winter, in a house and our MW is in a storage lot. We will drive back to our other home in Wisconsin the end of April. We will level without using the “auto level” while we make that drive. We plan to call HWH tomorrow and make a service appointment, unless we can figure out something in the meantime.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the switch question but it seems like just a switch that starts a process for the internal "brain" and once that startys, it would seem the switch is out of the question?
Kind of like turning on lots of mechanical stuff? we turn it on and once it starts moving the switch is kind of left out.
But that is just ideas and no expert advise here!

There are times when we really have to admit we have to have the really good help!
Sorry!

I’m sorry. I was scrolling for a different problem on my 26t when I stumbled on this thread and thought I’d tack on. I put my levelers down while in storage the other day. Then went back a few days later and can’t get them to retract. Control panel shows light for all four levelers and blinks when I hit auto level and auto store but nothing when I hit individual controls. So apparently there is power to the controls. Help if you can. Thanks.

The problem with getting info on any one specific problem is that there are so many small differences that make two problems which may seem the same , actually
involved different equipment! In this case, there are several different types of jacks, even if they are both HWH brand.

I might suggest starting a new post and include what brand and type or series of jacks you have if wanting forum info.
But for the most complete and more reliable info, going straight to the HWH site is where I go.
They have a vast amount of online info for all the different types and how to find what you have. They also have a link to emergency info if that is the case and you need to know how to get the RV moving again?
But often the first step is finding the labels to tell what you have and for that , the manuals are good!
I found this with a question to one of the AI internet sections:

I had the same issue with my 26t, there are two relays at the pump, "Master and Pump". When you turn the ignition key on, it engages the master relay and when you press the buttons on the panel it engages the pump relay.

Try turning The ignition key on and off a few times, then check again. If the jacks start working, then you need to replace the master relay as the internal contacts are worn or oxidized.

I was very hopeful, but no dice. Still no go. I guess it’s going to be like everything else on a motorhome. Just start throwing money at it or trade it. Thank you for your help though.

Then you need to confirm the relay is bad, with the ignition on, you should see 12v on both terminals showing it is passing thru. If not then the relay is bad, the other thing that happened to me, is the 4 pin plug on the back of the touch panel vibrated loose. I removed the plug and re-seated to get it working again. If the relay is bad, they are cheap and easy to replace, just take a picture before hand of the wires.

I just noticed a red light blinking above what looks like a six prong connector with no wire on it on the backside of my control panel. When I unplug the four prong connector the light goes off. What’s up with that?

The blinking red light means the touch panel is communicating with the control module at the hydraulic pump. I would unplug the six prong connector and reconnect it to confirm it's seated. You will see a similar blinking red light on the pump control module. I would make sure all the wires are tight on the 2 relays. I still believe even if you are getting voltage thru the relay, it may not be enough to activate the solenoids. I have heard of people doing temporary bypass of the master relay to confirm it is faulty.

As a place to start on finding info, have you found which system you have?
I might guess you have one of these two setups but which ?

With knowing what you have, it is possible to get info on things like fuses to check if power is getting from the control pad to the pump, etc.
This is an example of one type but you will need to know which you have as a starter.
Example only and not likely to be the same as what you have!

Hard to sort trouble until you know if the car is a Ford or a VW!
Same with most things!

I have a 2023 26T, after looking I see this issue covered in the service manual. The problem is the jack pressure switch, a shorted wire to ground or a problem with the I/O module. Unplug the jack pressure switch and retry. If the jack now extends, the jack pressure switch should be replaced.

Turn off the house battery, leave it sit for 15-20 mins, wait until all the lights on the HWH panel go out, you'll even hear a click. Turn battery back on and it should work, it has happened to me.

It’s working!! I don’t know what I did bc I kind of did everything you guys said to and it just started working. I checked wiring, moved RV about 25 feet, added about 2 ounces of fluid, cleaned everything up and plugged into shore power. I hit the button on the way out the door again and it leveled. Sorry I can’t pinpoint exactly what fixed it bc nothing really jumped out. Thanks to all!
