Hi I'm the owner of a 2003 Winnebago Journey 34HD. I wanted to share an issue that I had with the HWH leveling jacks not deploying so that it may help others that have this issue. I've attached a pic of the fuse and fuse holder that is in the compartment with the pump and as you can see it is clearly burnt, so I am feeling lucky that the whole coach didn't go up in flames. Just to describe the issue, I deployed the jacks once and decided I needed to reposition the coach so I stored them. When I went to deploy them the second time they would not deploy despite the control panel showing that there was power. I checked every breaker and fuse (I thought) that I could see and the slides still worked so I did not think that it was the pump. I finally called a technician who located the pump through an access panel in the drivers side storage compartment, second one behind the front tire, and found the burnt fuse and holder. There were some exposed wires where the fuse holder had been replaced prior so he replaced the wiring and installed a breaker. If your a do it yourselfer like I try to be, you may want to give this area a look for safety's sake.
