Leveled fine. Would not retract a few days later. Raised manually with solenoids but control pane is not working. Auto controls flash. Manual controls don’t do anything. Is there a fuse somewhere? When my slides didn’t work a few years ago I had to call a tech and hours later he found a 7.5 amp blade fuse stuck up under the dash that that controlled them. I don’t want to repeat that expense if I don’t have to.

HWH has provides good phone support. I'd give them a call and get some info from the horses mouth, so to speak.

Manual is here for 725:

I see one 15A fuse for the internal unit on the schematic. These are usually in-line blade fuse holders. Probably close to you main power distribution. You could also use a voltmeter to see if you have power at the panel by removing the for screws that hold the front panel in place. The information on pin voltages is in the manual based upon the number of pins in the internal connector.

I second calling HWH support. They have been good to me.

It might also help if you provided some photos of the lights on the controller box so we can all see exactly what it is doing.

Also, when it is not retracting, are you getting any noise from the pump/valve unit?

Thanks WMG! That manual has some great diagrams. I’m not getting any noise during operating attempts. Weather here has shut down diagnostic efforts for a couple of days but hope to get back under it soon. Thanks to all!

As I said in the other thread, turn off house battery and leave it off until HWH control panel lights go out (15-20 mins), then turn house batt back on and try again. That fixed it for me when I had the same issue

Another source for HWH assistance is rvleveling.com They are the largest HWH authorized dealer/ repair and parts outside of the factory.
That said, when you follow the troubleshooting section of the service manual, it will direct you to the problem and how to fix it.

It’s working!! I don’t know what I did bc I kind of did everything you guys said to and it just started working. I checked wiring, moved RV about 25 feet, added about 2 ounces of fluid, cleaned everything up and plugged into shore power. I hit the button on the way out the door again and it leveled. Sorry I can’t pinpoint exactly what fixed it bc nothing really jumped out. Thanks to all!

Just as a note to keep in mind? What you describe can be a loose connection that has moved to now be making good contact.
In this case, I might suggest keeping the info on troubleshooting steps handy for a bit until you verify it is not coming back!

Things as simple as moving the RV can jar things around enough to let them settle in place to work. But that also means it can easily come back the next time you move the RV, so being prepped can help!

It worked because it was able to reset. If it happens again, turn off house battery, wait 15-20 mins until control panel lights go out (you'll hear that capacitors click as they shut down), then turn back on and it'll retract.
