Howdy all - 1989 Minnie Winnie

I bought a 1989 Minnie Winnie at the end of summer 2020. I wanted to go on more camping trips and longer distances away. I also need to keep my mom comfortable when she goes with us. It had some water damage at the bunk and over the shower skylight which I had thought was no biggie. Boy was I wrong lol. Currently in the process of replacing the whole roof ourselves now. If anyone has some tips shoot them my way.

Get yourself over to YouTube. There are at least two channels that feature RV roofing issues.

The AZ EXPERT channel just completed a 4 or 5 part major replacement of a Minie Winnie roof that required a total rebuild. He does a lot of roof inspections and such as well.

There is also an RV roof repair channel called RV Roof Install. I don’t find him as interesting but you will see a lot of content on fixing RV roofs.
