There are several utube videos showing how to accomplish this; they are much better than the written word. I think RV Geeks has the best videos.

As ray said follow the utube videos. Two years ago I replaced the seals in the door window. Its not an easy job and I would not want to go through it again.
You really did not give much information as to which windows you are wanted to fix. Each coach has different window set ups which require a different method of removing and repair.

When you do it, be careful not to plug any drain holes that may be present, usually in sliding windows with tracks. Doing so will allow water to back up and run down the inside wall.
