If you own a 2018 or 19 micro mini, do you know if there is a hidden breaker under the camper on the A-frame that prevents any battery juice from coming into the camper when flipped or something??

There is a breaker in a metal box on our 2250DS that can sure prevent your battery juice from coming into the camper. Possibly it works the same way on yours.

I have opened this box three times on the A-frame and didn’t see a button. Of course I didn’t move all the wires out of the way. Do I need to push it? Or does it switch? On The auto-reset breaker, how does that work? It doesn’t turn on or off...do I replace it? There is nothing in my owners manual about this and nothing online. Why is it even there? Lol Thank you!!

NO. On The auto-reset breaker, how does that work? It is for the slide and not battery power to the Minnie. It doesn’t turn on or off...do I replace it? No. There is nothing in my owners manual about this and nothing online. I know. Why is it even there? You would have to contact the designer for the answer. Lol Thank you!!

Best of luck and happy camping.

I pushed the tiny switch at 6am and the whole thing works now! You saved me hundreds of dollars and tons of unnecessary repair! Thank you sooo much!!

OK, I'll send you a bill.
Sure glad you got it working.

My rig is a bit different, but I had the same problem for a while. There are circuit breakers that don't even slightly look like any circuit breaker I ever saw before. They are roughly cube-shaped, made of grey and black plastic, and about an inch and a quarter on each side. On the grey side, there's a tiny black "button" (also kind of square-shaped) that will be sticking out about 2mm when tripped. Simply push it back in until it clicks, and you're good to go! There actually are extremely tiny letters and numbers on the black portion, but unless you have microscopic vision, you probably missed it. On my 2017 Voyage 5th wheel, it's located in the battery compartment, where there's a fiberboard junction block with several 1/4" threaded studs sticking out of it. All your large-gauge wires will be coupled there, and one of those threaded studs sticks out of this breaker. On mine, there's an identical one inside the coax junction box near the kingpin where the pigtail cable attaches.

Can you tell me what causes the battery reset button to get tripped in the first place? I’m fairly new to this, but aren’t most batteries the same based on wether they are 6volt or 12 volt? So how can it get tripped?

You've just described what is perhaps the core problem of electrical systems - what went wrong? There are an almost infinite number of causes for a breaker to get popped, however, they all involve a short circuit of some kind. It could be a bad component of some kind, a cut, broken or frayed bit of insulation on a wire, or if you'd been removing the battery cables for any reason and accidentally bumped the positive terminal with a wrench while the wrench was also touching the frame of the trailer somewhere. It does not matter whether it's a 6v or 12v system. There are times when the entire system gets overloaded to the point where a breaker will trip.

But here's the thing - there is simply no risk of resetting the breaker just to see what happens. The worst that could happen is that the breaker will get tripped again. The breaker is there for the express purpose of protecting the circuit and all its parts. Good luck!

There is a battery disconnect switch inside of the left storage access door. Also on our 2018 2106ds under the left frame forward, there is an electric box with a "fuse" located aft of that....but no reset switch that we can find [yet!].

The scarcity of documentation for these trailers is astonishing, so we plod along gathering as much info as we can!! Good luck!

See post #3 on first page.

That "fuse" that I referred to that is aft of the electrical box is indeed the Breaker that Bigbird65 shows in his picture. I have no info on how that resets or trips, but it would cutoff power to everything in that circuit.

Same issue

I'm thinking this might be my problem. I can't get my slide to work when my 3500 Predator generator is running. I have fully charged batteries and I can't get my slide to work.
I opened the junction box where the reset button is and its out. When soft when you touch it but it doesn't click and stay up. Does it stay up after it's reset?
Thanks in advance.

This thread helped me solve a similar problem. I never would have noticed that itsy-bitsy teenie-weenie black reset-button if not for this thread. Thanks all!
