I’m Rick. My wife and I just retired, housing market is super hot so we may sell our house and buy a RV. The plan would be to check out the country and find a cool spot (warmer and less expensive than NJ) to retire. We are boaters so we’d like to be on a big lake.
I have lots of questions so I’ll head over to the forums.

RVs are also hot right now so you might want to have one in mind before you sell your house.

As far as seeing the country, the DW and I have been on a discovery mission for several years now, only we kept the sticks and bricks. We venture out for a week to six weeks at a time and love it. Course the Covid has slowed us down for a while.

It's a large and beautiful country. Go out and enjoy.

Escapees is an RV club for folks selling their home and moving into an RV full time. Since they’ve all been through the process you can learn a lot from them.

Plus many YouTube RV channels are devoted to full time RV living, as well.
