We purchased a 2019 Spirit 25B back in Nov. 2019 and had 4wd installed in January . Finally had the chance to camp in it out on the beach a week ago . So far everything working great . Hopefully this virus thing passes so we can do more with it.

If you don't mind telling us, how much was the total cost of the conversion? Do you now have a two-speed transfer case? Are disengaging hubs included with the conversion? By how many inches does it raise the motorhome? Was a Detroit Locker added to the rear differential?
Thanks, Eagle5

Eagle5, starts around 15k . Depending on the options you pick could go alot higher . Yes it has high and low transfer case. I chose the manual front locking hubs over the automatic. The rig was raised 4 inches.

Wow; not a bad price for the upgrade. I assume you had plenty of traction for the beach sand. Did you keep the stock tires, or did you upgrade to an All Terrain tread?

I did add a Detroit Locker to the rear differential of my 1988 4x4 F-350 Crew Cab. It was well worth the money, as now I have true three-wheel drive.

Thanks, Eagle5

Yes we had to go with a bigger rim and tires . It does very well in the sand. They used all Ford parts so if anything was to go wrong I could take it to any Ford dealer for warranty work.
