Welcome and it's a good idea to create a signature via the User CP that contains the year and model of your MH. That way, even if you forget to mention it, we'll all know so we can provide accurate answers to your questions.

Hello from a same floor plan owner. The 30Y became the 31Y in 2003. Mine's a 2004. Only three years for that floorplan in an Adventuer/Suncruiser. (They only built 58 2004 31Y's, they are kind of rare.)
