Nate and Lori here, we are purchasing a 2023 Minnie Winnie 25B. We will be looking for tips on just about everything, as we are brand new to RV'ing! We have been in Alaska for 60+ years, so if we can help you out, would be happy to do so.

Greetings Nate and Lori,
The great thing about the Minnie Winnie Class Cs is they have well-established and reliable systems. I would recommend a few things:
  1. Winterizing using the blow-out method (unless you like the taste of the pink stuff :))
  2. An Oxygenics Shower Head (saves water and gives you enough time to have a nice shower)
  3. Roll-Up Over-sink Countertop (just like my 22M, the 25B has no galley counter space)
  4. Front Windshield Insulating Cover (hopefully, you have double-pain windows elsewhere)
  5. Oil Viscosity and the Ford V-10 (the 0W-40 oil would be a good choice for Alaska's extra-cold weather)

We have a 2019 25B so the floor plan is the same as yours but your engine is probably the new V8 & the chassis is hopefully the E450.
Our E350 needed a few mods to make it driveable. It was a real handful on the road.
We have done many mods to "make it our own".
Eagle5's advice is spot on although, with no access to an air compressor, we winterize with the pink stuff.
Depending on the sort of camping you'll be doing this is a great rig if your athletic enough to get in & out of the raised, corner bed.

Hi Nate and Lori. I just found your intro thread here and wonder how it is going. Joe and Sabine here, we also just purchased a MinnieWinnie 25B, a 2018 in may. Have spend the summer practicing some fun getaways and learning the ropes. What are your plans? We are in Ohio, I'm 2 1/2 years from retirement, so for now it's shorter trips only. But if everything goes according to plan and we stay healthy enough we will hit the road once I'm "free". :) Definitely plan to see the West Coast, etc. Alaska would be a stretch to make it to I think.
