I am obviously new to this site and forgive me about learning this site.
I have a warranty question and curious if anyone else has had the same issue and would like any advice.
My question is I purchased a new 2023 micro minnie in May of 2024, in October I noticed what appeared to be cracking in the decals, after approved for warranty replacement of the decals, during the removal of them it was determined that it is not the decals but the fiberglass cracking only where the decals were placed. What are my options? Has anyone else experienced this same issue?
Thank you for anyone that can help with my question.

Not had that problem, so no real exact experience on the cracking but I might pass some ideas on warranty work.
First I keep in mind that the local dealer is NOT the same as Winnebago. They are likely reps for several different brands at most places but they are also different, stand alone businesses in most cases.
That often means they are inclined to do their best to make THEIR business money. That is not always the same as taking good care of Winnebago customers if the two ideas don't match! We get reports of that at times!

That CAN lead to them refusing warranty items if it means they get you to pay them to do the repairs at a higher level than Winnebago may pay them!

I might first check with Winnebago on what to expect from warranty as they DO have an interest in keeping their reputation up, far more than the local deal may?
Phone calls are cheap and it sound like you may be dealing with a real expense that warrants checking first.

As I said, I'm not an warranty guru and have had few situations there.
But I know folks who do lots of insurance work and they will verify there are lots of tricks played to avoid paying for things that should be covered!

GregBermuda: I have a 2021 2108DS that I purchased new here in PA. I also purchased the extended warranty, thank goodness. There hasn't been a year that goes by that I haven't had a warranty issue: slide out (twice), wheel well cover loose, and now a 'fiberglass sliding over the lower rail, front right side' (thrice). My dealer calls Winnebago and I've called Winnebago (when the slide out issue occurred) and have not had much push back. I will be dealing with them here in May 2025 on the continuing saga on the fiberglass issue. I suspect that during the COVID, they undersized the bolts/woodscrews due to supply availability; that is my suspicion.

I agree with the other post... if your dealer is not reputable, then you may need to press the issue with Winnebago. OR, as a lawyer friend suggested: Don't go the legal route. Call your local TV "News on Your Side" station and get them to come and interview you in front of the dealership. Bad press is better than the courtroom.
