Hey all, just reaching out to fill you in on my situation. I'm looking into purchasing my first rv and really think a Winnebago is what I want and need some direction from this community.
I want an Rv for full time living and have 60-90k to spend. Looking for a class A that I can comfortably tow a small 4x4 (and maybe an on/off road motorcycle) and be comfortable in for 4 years or so as a single Male.
Im more concerned about powertrain and electrical reliability in an RV than looks or amenities. Unless you guys think other things are more important. Also I know some of the older Cat engines had major injection unit issues. Regardless I have done a fair bit of research but I'm still not privy to all that is available and known. Additionally I will attempt to do any repairs myself while on the road within reason but really don't want faulty known powertrains and need your guidance.
Also, I have not found any details as to the different class A models available... is the Journey the "highest quality". Where can I locate the differences between models?
Direct my questions to wherever is appropriate.
I look forward to being a new owner in the next 6 months or so..
Thank you for your time Winnie community!
