I have a 2019 Promaster Travato and have had water intrusion problems in both headlight assemblies - one a year ago and the second this year. For the driver’s side, I removed the headlight assembly and found that the water was entering thought the wiring assembly. I fashioned a cover over the wiring assembly, exiting the headlamp, using a plastic cup and that solved the issue. For the passenger side I didn’t want to have to remove the headlamp assembly so I filled in the drain hole (that is where the water came into both headlamps) and used waterproof tape around the wiring assembly. That seems to have solved the issue on that side.
I have not seen any discussion of this issue on any forum. While I could believe that I had a faulty wiring assembly on one headlamp, I can not believe that I have two faulty headlamp wiring assemblies and I am the only one.
Has anyone else has this issue?

Have you looked at Promaster Forums? See, your issue is a Promaster issue and not related to Winnebago or Travato. There is a clear distinction between Chassis issues and "House" issues.

Sorry for your problem and I hope you get this solved once and for all.

Here's a link to the Travato Problems Group on Facebook.

And another for Travato Owners (larger group):

I posted it on the Promaster forum prior to this forum. I did not post it on the Facebook group because I do not do Facebook.
