Entry Door Window Fogged 2008 Journey 39Z

My 2008 Journey 39Z has fogged door window. Interior measurement is 31 3/4" high x 18 1/2" wide. I have been unable to find anything close except through winnebago which is very expensive. Appreciate any suggestions.

There a few companies that can take it apart, clean, and reseal. From what I have heard it is more cost effective than replacing. The possibility exists that if you take it out a local glass shop might be able to repair it too.

I didn't know the door window was a dual-pane type, to prevent this exact issue.
