One of our emergency window latches needs replacement. We have a 2019 micro Minnie Winnie model 2108 DDS. Any thoughts of where we could obtain one?

In the past I've called Winnebago directly for parts, though it has been a couple years. My contact was:

[FONT=&quot]And Melissa was great. She'll ask for your VIN to get a perfect match. Just describe the latch and she'll look it up. It's possible she isn't there anymore, but you should be able to get someone else in the parts department.

Micro Minnie Window Latches Defective?

We had a very good certified RV inspector give our 2018 2106FBS a thorough going over before we bought it. He said the below. We haven't taken delivery yet, but will be looking to remedy this.

Tested the emergency window escape. An apparent design flaw prevented the window from opening. It is suggested to call Winnebago to see what needs to be done for the window to operate as a true escape hatch.

In 9 years of camping with two different WB trailers and being involved with 4 different WB websites such as this one I can never recall reading about someone needing to use the emergency escape.

I checked earlier this spring and Melissa was no longer there.
