I've got a Forza 36H.
In Aug of 2024 the rear slide motor had a ground fault. Brought the Bus in for repairs. The slide motor, wiring harness, and whole house control board was also bad. We had a 6000 mile trip planned. The dealership k ew this so they put a used, controller, a used slide motor, and they tapped up the wiring harness so we could make our trip. Everything had to be ordered, and it was all back ordered for 5 months.
We made our trip although the slide motor only worked intermittently and still showed a ground fault, and they wired the motor wrong so the slide out button and slide in button were reversed. Confusing when trying to set up camp after a 500 mile day. We made it home.
On the trip the rear radiator louvers in back broke away on one side, so I zipped tied it back on to continue on our trip home. It worked.
So we've been home since Nov 2024. So I called the dealership to see if the slide parts had come in yet, and they had.
I readied the bus to take to the dealership. Once inside I needed some interior lights so I tried to turn some lights on, but none of the interior lights work.
Made it to the dealership and dropped it off and I told them about the lighting.
Got the call today that the slide motor, harness and control board were completed . They informed me that the light control board needed to be replaced and it's going to take 4-6 weeks to get in, and no one will warranty the rear louvers.
I got to tell you that this is absolutely the worst vehicle I have ever owned. Winnebago just plain sucks.
On the other hand the Freightliner chassis is rock solid thankfully .The Forza has spent more time at the dealership than it has been parked or being used. Totally unsatisfactory. Oh and that big radiator louver is bonded to the rear of the bus somehow, and is glued on with adhesive.
I will never buy, or tell anybody to ever buy a winnebago product. Complete trash. So now I'm have a nice monthly payment for something I can not use, and every time i do something major brakes.

On top of what's on my gripe above, apparently this lame dealership A&L of Johnson city Tn took it upon themselves not only to not repair it, but they didn't even consult with Winnebago. I called winebago and the person i talked to said that winebago put it on so they will warranty the rear grill, and since it is a safety concern their not sure why A&L RV would not repair it even though they have the 2 part adhesive needed for the repair.
She also told me the board that went out that controls lighting is made by a company named Firefly, and winebago no longer uses them because there junk. Great. Now i have a bus that's still under warranty with parts that they do not source, and are obsolete. What a fine company they are. I'm thinking lawyers need to here about this. Never been that guy but I've about had it.
Oh, and I'm sure a lot of you Winnebago fan boys will say they can't believe this and that there motorhome is great. Ya right. My background is mechanical engineering, and i was also the Chief Engineer on 2 ships and was responsible for everything. So I've been around the block and know when to call BS .
When the golden Fid of consequences arrive it rarely comes lubed.

Goog morning Chief,

I understand. I have had many RVs over the years and the quality has steadily declined. I thought I would try a Winnebago based on the name and traded it before a year was up. They just don't get it. Their CS was as bad as the pruduct so I gave up and went back to a Jayco.

Because you got a good chassis, I'm hoping you get the coach in shape and enjoy it for many years.

Blue Sky, EN2 (Well, 50 years ago anyway.)

Totally impressed with the entire Freightliner Chassis . It's really amazing. I just wish the house side was the same.

Well, now we know you have a complaint! Whoopee, is that the first thing you've found wrong?

You seem to have missed one of the big lessons in life! Never buy the first answer when dealing with repairs as there are folks out there who will cheat you!
When you took that trip around the block in life, did you not find that you need to know what folks are talking about when you take things in for repair?

The slide motor, wiring harness, and whole house control board was also bad.

Did you do anything to verify this? Like maybe did you ask what a "whole house control board" does?
Even at this point, can you tell us where it is located and what it does?

Maybe you find out that you are being taken as you don't take the time to look out for yourself!

When labor is a major part of repairs and is often at least half the charge, you agreed to let them put in "used parts"?

Often when somebody gets screwed there are two people agreeing to it!

You're lucky I'm not Snipechief. Talk about missing one of the big lessons in life. HELLO!

Hahahaha classic response . I love it. Thanks for your help i really appreciate your concern.
Yes I agreed to trying used parts as was approved by Winnebago customer service. I had already changed our travel plans 3 times due to lack of parts available. Yes I sure did.
Our daughter was having a baby and we absolutely needed to be there so I took a chance and it worked. We bought the Forza basically just for the purpose of visiting our family on the West coast. We're in TN.
I actually do know where just about everything is and have made lots of repairs myself. I only bring it in for stuff I have no way to repair.
You have no idea the troubles we've had with this bus how many times it has been unusable, and how many months it's sat broke down waiting for parts and blowing the whole travel season.
I've had it in for repairs at Winnebago approved repair facilities and had to show them the problem and also how to repair it. I do know my way around a toolbox and shop. Thanks again for your concern but that kind of support i don't need. Hope i don't see you down the road.
Cheers!
