Hello Everyone I have a 1999 Winnebago Minnie 31 ft. class c Motorhome and I have all 4 electric leveling jacks and the controller that the jacks are wired up to but I dont have the extract/retract control pad that lets the jacks up & down I am not sure exactly what I need can someone help me with this issue please

Well bubba 1953,
First off, you don't say what brand and model of electric jacks you're working with. Based on the way you're describing your issue, it appears that you're going to attempt to install all of this setup yourself, correct? This required information might be helpful if someone else has maybe close to or the exact same system and may be able to provide you with a decent answer.

I'm not understaniding what other part you feel missing. I think of the controls as being a single control pad at the dash that sends the info to the main pump area underneath the RV. HWH is one common brand but there are others to consider, so if you can tell us more about what you have, it will be a good place to start.
Pictures of what you have can be a good way to let folks look it over better. The problem with RV is that they are more like a house than a car and that means there are lots more things added or changed on them. Kind of like moving into a house that has a frig but it can be lots of different kinds of frig?

i purchased the motorhome recently and it already had all of the electric jacks installed and the wires are running to a controller but there is nothing coming out of the controller to extract/retract the jacks

Okay, I think you mean the parts are there but no signal coming out of the control head to tell the main parts which solenopid to open and close?
Firs stop may need to be finding which brand and model or series of jacks you have. It sound slike you may have the common HWH brand but that only tells us a small part of what we need as the HWH came in a number of different series over the years as they changed things. HWH is kind of a guess as that is a common one on Winnebago, but still a bit of guess!
One way to start on finding what series, is to take a picture of the control head at the dash as different series had different controls there. Also a picture of one of the jacks can show us how it is built. There are at least three different ways to make the jacks work. Older seemed to have large springs on each side of the jack to pull it back up. A seond type had jacks that let psrings fold the jacks up toward the RV and the newer type have no springs showing and use hydraulic lines to make preesure force them down and also change the pressure to move them back up!
This sounds really complicated but the idea is that we have to know which type you have as there are many times that it will be different on each type.
But finding which yu have is first step as there are often fuses in under the dash or on the main unit that need to be checked.
Kind of like working on your frig at home as first we need to know what kind it is before we start figuring what might be wrong ?
