Fanrgs, We have an almost identical 2020 NAVION 24V Sprinter as you with almost identical opinions. It drives so much better than the Ford "C" unit we had earlier. A great toad is a SMART car some of which can be flat towed. We have not suffered a lot from Mother Benz maintenance expenses so far. May be because I change the engine/Generator oil myself and usually can correct other small issues as they occur. However, FWIW, my two main complaints are:
1. The MB Sprinter Operator's Handbook is virtually worthless. Apparently MB wants to support their dealers.
2. The DEF fluid system is just ridiculous courtesy of the EPA and a poor design. Example, If needed, I can NOT drain the DEF fluid Tank.
Note: all is not lost in that IF one feels a bit reckless, one can remove virtually all the original emissions add-ons including the DEF system but it will be necessary to re-program the engine computer.
