I got a bit more time to take a better look at this today and found there may be a better way to locate them. Much depends on how we each want to think. Sometimes the book info is not enough if they have hidden things behind panels or such, so a picture may be a big help?
We have an "interactive parts catalog" online and while I hate it as a funky/skunky thing to move around in, it is also great! Does that even make sense?
Good and bad here:
cortona.winnebago.com
digging down to your specific RV and type stuff you want to find like plumbing, you can get some great info at times. Be warned, it may also make you loose your mind as it does things for random reasons at times!
But what we can get! Since we find drans have tubes hanging out underneath, we can look at the floorline of the RV and stop those hanging down. One set in near the driver's side rear corner like so!
Two ways we can go on this to get mre info. If we know the name of the aprt we want to find, like valve, we can search the list at right for "valve" and it highlights in yellow on the drawing when we click the name!
What this shows if we scroll to zoom in and twist it around a bit, we can see there are overflow pipes for the tank as well as a drain valve to drain that fresh tank! Good stuff to keep in mind if you have thoughts about where we might need to add some heat on a cold day? So you may have a couple drain back in the left rear corner, but we want to look around for those two the book mentioned if we can't spot them easy? So do some searching the list for valves? If you keep clicking them on the list it makes them "flash" on the drawing or it may also zooom so much you have to back off to find WHERE??? FUNKY!
Forward a bit and still back from the water pump, more show up!
Hope it helps as having different ways to find things can do different things for us, at times!
I like to know where they hid the pipes as that can help sort out ways to open a cabinet door or such if it is going to be an extra cold night and I want to let a little more heat go into that space!
Good luck on the "learning curve"! Seems to be a steep climb every time I switch RV but Winnebago does seem to try harder than many other brands!
