Dents in brand new Micro Minnie 2108TB?

Hi, we just bought a new micro MINNIE 2108TB and drove it off the dealer lot straight to the storage facility . When we got there and walked around it, my daughter noticed 2 indentations in the front and a lot of dried, cracked caulk. I took it back to the dealer and they re-caulked the front, but did not address the dents. They noticed that other similar models had the same type dents and said they would inform Winnebago of the issue. Has anyone else seen this issue with their trailers? I am attaching 2 pictures.

Whether they’re lying or not doesn't change much at this point. Once you sign off on the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), legal responsibility shifts to you, meaning it comes down to what warranty covers or what the dealer is willing to fix as a courtesy.

It’s a shame your daughter wasn't at the inspection to catch it. Because the dealer no longer owns the trailer, they can't file an insurance claim on it. Since signing the PDI implies you accepted the unit as-is, your own insurance should cover it if you choose to make a claim. Personally, I’d pay for the repair out of pocket and chalk it up as a lesson learned for future PDIs.
