It works fine if I power the new cigarette lighter socket directly from the battery. So fuse cannot be an issue.I have several 12v male plugs and I have found them all horrible at keeping a connection. I have 3 female connections in my RV and they have to be wiggled to make contact. I think it is the quality of the male plugs. Check in the male plug for a blown fuse....
The round three terminal round rocker switch has not wiring markings.
The gold terminal I wired ground, the center terminal power from splice and the other outside terminal to the pos on cigarette lighter socket.
I have seen schematics where the load (outer) and power (middle) are reversed. Switch light illuminates when switch is on.
Would this make a difference?
I took the neg wire from the splice to the negative of the cigarette lighter socket and then back to the negative on the toggle switch.
I have yet to try bypassing the switch to see if the CPAP works.
