Ceiling tv mount

Just got a new 2500RL it has tv hookups on the ceiling in the bedroom! Is the mounting right behind the hookups on the ceiling? Feels like a header board there? Anyone experienced this? Left a message with Winnebago about it never has called back! Thanks
