Cabinet Drawer Latch Problem 2023 Travato 59K

Hello All, I have a 2023 Travato 59K. Cabinets have square latch type. I have a latch that won’t open. Can’t open drawer. Any ideas?

Greetings John,
Can you open and remove a drawer just above it (if one exists)? Perhaps something is jammed in there? If you must pry it open, I like a Wonder Bar and some rags for padding.
