Hello Winnie Owners! We are thrilled to be here. We recently purchased a 2016 Winnebago (Itasca) Meridian 36M. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the hands free phone option to work. We can hear the caller but the caller can’t hear us. We have the original Xcite infotainment system. Thanks in advance for your help!!

Greetings Two wells,
I had the exact same problem with my built-in hands-free system. I found purchasing one of these to work very well.
Besign BK06 Bluetooth 5.0 in Car Speakerphone with Visor Clip
Just clip it onto your visor or shirt collar. At just $26, it is a bargain.

My 2017 Adventurer had this issue right from day one. I had it fixed under warranty. The microphone was the issue. I’m not sure if it was just not plugged into the Xite Core Unit or if it was missing entirely.

Two things about that… it’s easy to remove 4-screws and remove the Core Unit and see if the input labeled Bluetooth Mic has got a connector attached BUT the other thing is… there are seemingly hundreds of wires, cables and plugs behind there. It’s very scary. Doable if you’re tech savvy, but certainly scary.
