Blu-Ray Player for 2026 View 24T

Any idea if this is a custom install by a previous owner? Nothing that looks like what you have shows on electrical drawings nor parts drawings for either the 25 or 26 model years.
Reason for thinking it may be custom is the use of the RV type switch but set into the front panel which I assume is covering the player front itself.

Nice job and seems very well done, but many of the parts are different!

Lichtsinn RV has a 2025 View 24t listed for sale. Photos are available on RV Trader or the Lichtsinn website. That unit has the DVD. Same construction as mine.

I'm not saying it is not possible to find them out there with added features. It is certainly any dealers choice to add options if they feel it makes their unit sell better. Just trying to trace down what player was added. One way to do that would be if you had the paperwork that listed the options or added features your Rv has. That would be a direct way to get the info the OP needs to do much the same change on his RV!
No big thing for me, but it would add to the conversation if you would look at the player you have or any paperwork that should have come with the RV as that might give the details on the player.
But lacking that, it may be worth the time to inquire about the ad or call Lichtsin to ask about any mods they may have done.

Problem solved, bought a Sony player that will sit on the shelf by the table while in use, then stored when not. Small unit, BluRay, but just a wee bit too large to sit on the cabinet deck and not allow the cabinet door to close. On to the next problem,

Our 2025 View 24T has a Sony Blu-Ray player in the cabinet that is to the right of the TV. The model number is not on the player. It is small, about 8" wide and 2" tall.

We just downsized from our DP class A to a 2026 View 24T yesterday. We thought there was a BluRay player in the unit along with the smart TV and soundbar. We were wrong …. Has anyone found a good small player that will fit in a depth of 7 inches in the cabinet that houses the slide and Murphy bed controls? We would want it to be HD / 4K etc. capable.

I just keep a HDMI cable plugged into the back of my TV and keep my Blu-ray player in a drawer until I need it. Turned out to be far simpler than keeping the factory installed components working. 2021 Minnie Winnie 22M.
