An RVer with a 2019 Winnebago Intent 29L and 245/70R19.5 tires removed all valve extenders after a leak and sought a rigid metal kit for professional installation after two unsatisfactory braided-flexible replacement sets. Members suggested Always Shiny Wheels & RV for rigid extensions and rubber grommets, or Borg DuallyValve parts selected with supplier assistance and installed by a tire shop. After a recent leak I have removed all the extenders from my 2019 Winnebago Intent 29L. I purchased two separate sets as replacements but both turned out to be crap. They were both flexible braided extensions so I have decided that the best way forward is to use a rigid metal kit. Anyone have suggestions on a good product that I can have professionally installed. My Intent has 245/70R19.5 tires. I appreciate all thoughts and ideas. Thank you.

I had to replace some rigid extension last year and the rubber grommets that go thru the wheel and used Always Shiny Wheels and RV - Always Shiny Wheels & RV - Nashville - TN (On-Line)
The valve extension were solid and their rubber grommets were as good if not better than the original.
I don't know which rim you have to tell you which kit and length but if you give them a call, i am sure they can help.
They were reasonable for 2 each 4inch rigid extension and 2 each rubber grommets including shipping was 53.00

I recommend:

Product flyer (lots of helpful information): Borg DuallyValve Flyer
Product purchase Web page: Borg DuallyValve

1) Call the people at your.tireshopsupply.com (link immediately above), (800) 300-2674 x 111 (M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm PST). They will figure out what Borg parts you need. Note: You should buy the Borg valve extensions for all six tires, fronts included. Note: Do not forget to buy the stabilizers. They support the inner dually valve stems as they pass through the handholes in the wheels.

2) Buy the parts they recommend.

3) Take the parts to a quality tire shop and have them install them on your coach. If they don't know what to do with the parts the shop probably is not "quality."

Imho, anything between the tires is at risk of getting caught by road debris. I used dill metal stems in the front, dill 180 degree metal stems for the outer dually and high pressure rubber stems on the inner tires for flexibility. I then use a temporary 12 inch long valve stem extender to check and add air.

Ken tool flex aire valve extender, and a ken tool valve cap remover.

I won't roll without a TPMS. And it is impossible to access some of these suggestions to get the monitor off the stem to inflate, or change a battery. I used a quality braided line to the outer hub of the fake wheel covers and riveted them on. So far so good. No leakage and easy access.
