Another newbie

Hi All

We are on our first trip. Just having a bit of problems retracting our awning. Not sure if there is a trick to it * Help please

Might help to specify your model. Without that make sure you have the power switch on for the awning and check your fuses. On mine a blown fuse has a red LED on above it, makes it easy to see. (I'm assuming it's electric.)
