Last Friday was the bed room slide stuck out, finished that on Sunday. Monday the propane indicator wire broke, still have not fixed it but do have the parts. Tuesday the batteries on house and chassis were getting week and since they were 6 and 7 years old each, decided to replace. Wednesday after battery replacement alternator on engine decided to quit. Finally got the sucker out today, started thursday. Go to Cat Forum to see removal process. I didn't mention the two trips to Norther Tools, One to Sears, One to Carter Cat who has ordered the alternator (one week lead time and $300 for part) and the numerous trips to the lounge chair and cups of "coffee" to think the process over. Tomorrow if weather hold out, today big storm came through, I'll work on the propane gauge sensor wire. Also th (is week it about time to replace tires, 100K and seven years, so I'll get on line with Family Coach and see what I can do locally. Soon I have to think about removing the 3-M rock guard on front of house since mold has now started to grow in it. It looks pretty crappy. Would not recommend this product to others. Grease and lube coming up soon. This week I'll change oil on generator. Another project for another day will be to knock some of the rust off edges of electrical compartment and repaint. Hot water heater has a small leak which we've been looking for the past 7 years and have not yet found so in my spare time I'll try to figure out how to get in and around hot water heater. Oh, I forgot to mention the glue attachment on the front of the genny door is coming loose so have to look at that also. House does need washing and waxing so in spare time I'll do that. I have a small sometimes leak around front door, need to look at that too. I'll think of some more projects after i complete this list but that's enough for coming week.
I'm home so no big deal, just motor homing.
Happy trails
