You will have fun with this one. Mine went out because if rough roads. Had to gently pry off the black trim piece behind the Sony panel, that will expose the connections to the single din radio base, next pull back on the wrap around piece that comes up over the edge of the dash. It holds the leveling hvac controls and things. It will have 4 screws around the bottom of the Sony panel. That should expose all the wiring, you will see the video splitter and all the connections there. Also found on mine they had put my Sony panel in a little bit crooked so it gave me an opportunity to straighten that out, also if the radio moves up and down or kind jf teeters, you might file down where the radio mounts to make it more solid and have a better ground, make sure all the connections on the splitter are tight and you should be good to go.
KCtrapper - THANKS a ton for your detailed info. It is exactly correct. I would have not thought to try pulling the trim piece but sure enough, that hid a set of screws that once out led to other screws and eventual access to the radio and camera connections. While I did not find any loose connections, I did find that the video switch was suspended in the air by the wires. I spent some time cleaning all that mess up and getting the splitter mounted and rewired. For whatever reason, the rear camera now works - we'll see in the long run. Maybe a loose wire. I hope so. MORICH - you are always coming to my aid! Thanks. I had used the links you sent me and I had located the video switcher on the drawings, just as you had. My issue was I could not figure out how to actually open the dash up to get access to all those parts, wires and connections. KCTrapper sent the details on how to get in there and I finally did. I cleaned things up a tad and now I'm back in business. ThanksNo experience with this RV, so consider this as a part of my trying to learn how to use the new parts sytem Winnebago has given us! So far it seems to be a terrible, crankty, glitchy nightmare! But maybe that is because I have little idea how to use it, so I need practice and maybe it helps find some parts for the cams?
One of the ideas I have on the RV camera system is that we have three cameras and they go to a video switch. That switch is where the controls to choose which camera meet things like the power wires and maybe a speaker? What I find on other questions is that the cameras do not connect directly to the radio/monitor panel but first go to this switch!
But that is as much theory as practical work experience on the new RV, so take it for what I see, not necessarily fact!

Looking closer, does it seem to show the switch about level with the cig lighter and quite a lot lower than the screen?

This makes me feel reaching in from below might be the better route and why I think this might be a point to check! On others we have looked at here, the three cams each have a cable that lands on this switch, where the control wires that tell it which camera feed to forward to the screen are also connected with power for the switch.

I've seen no real drawings of this switch to get actual facts but I think I see plugs for maybe three cameras and other items like possibly audio and power?
I might begin to look for missing one of three cameras as being a problem here and possibly going from bottom to reach it?
Maybe you can rear in and up from below to find a cable loose?
Or is that just wishing! Good luck on the chase!
