Is there a separate fuse or relay for trailer connector

Yes
My 07 Meridian (sister to Journey) has a separate fuse panel for the 7pin connection. The fuse panel on mine is located in the bay were the electrical connection is. When looking into the bay on the right side there may be a panel held in by a couple screws. Undo the screws and you will fine the fuses for the 7 pin. It does not however have a fuse for the electric brake.

One of the funny things about the online drawings we get is how some have a bit of info that really helps, while others skip that bit. There are times when we can use the info from one RV to figure the other!
This may have the good info but that is assuming your RV is much the same as this recent post?
