We just purchased a 2007 Winnebago Voyage 35A with a WH24 chassis. It has a cylinder/rod attached to the front steering linkage and the paperwork says a "3T's RV T-818 Handling Package" was installed in March of 2014. I have been unable to find out much about this system. Does it require periodic maintenance? If so, by whom? Any information anyone has to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Sounds like a basic steering stabilizer - a shock absorber on your steering rod. Those are super common and don’t require any routine maintenance. However I’m not familiar with the model you have.

Any truck alignment shop should be able to check out your setup and insure it’s installed and working correctly.

I found a webpage with your setups details:
